Hey! I am Soumitra Sathe, a Service & Product Designer.

Currently, I am leading design teams at HumanX, overseeing projects for major clients in the fintech, gov, and insurance sectors.

I guide organisations in transforming their customer experiences, fostering enhanced value and distinct market positioning. Using Design Thinking & Human-Centred Design, I craft scalable MVPs that benefit both businesses and customers, ensuring ventures consistently stand out in the market.

I have recently graduated with a masters in Service Design from the Royal College of Art, London; while undertaking business electives from Imperial College Business School (Entrepreneurship) and London Business School (Business Model Innovation). During these two years, I have collaborated with organisations and design teams across multiple design challenges: designing inclusive customer experiences, empowering citizens, re-imagining the future of work and business, and fostering sustainable futures.

I am a creative and pragmatic thinker, bridging the gap between design and business. My strength lies in supporting organisations in making evidence-based decisions, from strategy to implementation.

Before this, I worked as a Senior Design Consultant, leading UX and Service Design work streams; building and validating innovative MVPs and customer journeys for Fortune 500 and industry leading clients.

I’m currently looking for Service Design and Product Design roles.
